Newton Remodel
We’re collaborating with Patrick Ahern Architects on this remodel of a historic Newton home.
Belmont Near-Net-Zero Home
We’re close to wrapping up our multi-year near-net-zero project in Belmont with Zero Energy Design. This project, which was completed in two phases, will incorporate photovoltaics to produce energy on-site. Zen Saito was the Site Supervisor and Ryan McCarthy was the Project Manager.
Newton Passive House Retrofit
This project designed by Kaplan Thompson Architects is remodeling an existing Newton home for accessibility (adding an elevator) and reducing energy use dramatically to the PHIUS Passive House retrofit standard.
Weston Passive House
This collaboration with Chris Williams Architects is on track to be the first Passive House in Weston, MA.
