Newton Historic Music School Remodel

The All Newton Music School was a multi-phase renovation. This single family home has been in use as a music school but in need of upgrades for better accessibility, parking, energy efficiency and fire protection. We collaborated with the executive director and board to value engineer a multi-phase project that allowed the school to remain open throughout construction with minimal interference to their operations. We played a form of musical chairs with the spaces as we renovated them, renovating multiple spaces while others remained open.
